Although the historic flooding in Vermont caused by Tropical Storm Irene is far from forgotten, Route 4 is now open in both directions, meaning that it will be business as usual for Wise Vacations, the Killington area’s most reputable vacation rental company, for the much anticipated autumn foliage season. The official reopening of RT 4 to two way traffic was marked last Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by many happy locals and Killington area businesses.
