Saturday, March 13th, 2010Renovation of Hyatt Regency Century Plaza’s, meeting and social space is underway, and on track for debut in April. The over $1 million dollar upgrade to the legendary Beverly Hills hotel’s Plaza Level will bring a new look and image to the widely popular series of Junior Ballrooms. This renovation includes the Westside Room, where actors Sonny & Cher launched their variety show together. Adding to the Beverly Hills CA hotel’s expansive portfolio of elegant event space, The Plaza Level’s distinct design provides over 12,000 square feet of meeting space with two Junior Ballrooms that can be divided into four distinct venues.
Reconfiguring the Westside Room from three tiers to two, the open floor plan of the Beverly Hills hotel’s event space will accommodate social and meeting planner’s needs. Plus, the 9,100 square foot Plaza Pavilion provides an elegant setting that is ideal for executive retreats and celebratory affairs, for up to 500 guests. Included in the Plaza Level re-design is a new 24 hour business center with high-speed Internet computer stations, printer, fax and business supplies.
